Self-taught full-stack developer from San Jose del Monte, Bulacan — currently studying IT at Bulacan State University and building software that actually matters to the people around me.
I've been focused on civic tech for my city — from SJDM Report, where residents anonymously map local issues and vote on fixes, to the People's Budget Portal, which tracks ₱2B+ in government spending across 1,000+ projects. It's the kind of work I care about most: technology with a direct, local impact. I'm open to remote and freelance opportunities while continuing to build.
