Making public spending easier to understand. A citizen-built platform that brings government budgets, infrastructure projects, and contracts into one place for San Jose del Monte.
Tracks ₱2B+ in annual budgets and 1,000+ infrastructure projects across four government sources.
Community infrastructure
A voice for the neighborhood. Residents anonymously map potholes, flooding, and broken utilities, then help one another track what’s fixed and what still needs attention.
Geotagged reporting, PostGIS duplicate detection, community voting, and automated content moderation.

I’m Jerome, a self-taught developer who believes useful software starts with paying attention.
I’m based in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, and currently studying Information Technology at Bulacan State University. Outside the classroom, I learn by building and shipping real products.
Lately, that’s meant civic technology for my city: helping residents report local issues and making public spending more accessible. I care about clear interfaces, reliable systems, and the people who use them.
